Congrats everyone of keeping up with the exercise. My exercise today:
jogged 2 miles
walked 3.5
gonna try to do 20 min pilates, push-up, and some abs stuff before the day is out.

Monday- jogged 1.5 miles in total, walked 3.5 mile, twenty minute pilates
Tuesday- walked 4 miles, 1 hour yoga
