Or if you slice the cucumber and leave out the garlic, and add a splash of white vinegar, it tastes EXACTLY like cucumbers and sour cream, which I love. I didn't tell my hubby that it was yogurt...

Just like Chicken Gyro (without bread of course)

Yum, this turned out so good. I cooked up some chicken strips on my George Foreman, then dipped them in the yummiest cucumber sauce. It tastes almost like the cucumber sauce that you get on a Gyro....
