Hi. Woooow I think you already did well and there is no reason to gain that weight back!
I will be on 2 shakes per day + normal lunch + 2 fruits as snack.
I'll start Monday

I read other threads where they advised to mix it with cold/iced water so I did so and it was amazing!! Some other mixed it with 0 sugar syrup but I don't have that so didn't try! I don't know which...

Hiiii,

I went for my first appointment Monday and here in UAE my insurance covers the price of everything even the shakes so the doctor gave me 5 shakes sample to try to chose which ones I prefer...
