another 1/2 lb bites the dust!

Well, Another 1/2 lb down ... weigh-in today said I am down 12 1/2 lbs .... I probably won't make my 10 lb goal, but I'm over 1/2 way there and that is an accomplishment in itself!

Well, my last weight in was another 1 lb down ... that makes 12 lbs total and only 5 more to go to make my goal. Half way there!

Checking in real quick ... Am down another 3/4 lb making that 3 lbs down towards my goal - 7 lbs to go. Have been getting in small daily walks (1/2 mile to the mailbox and back at the cabin here ......
