That's interesting. I might try an egg a couple of days this week and see how it goes. Only lost 7 pounds this last month ... Have 30 to go... So maybe switching things up might help. I don't...

Splitting up Protein?

Hi all!

Wondering what others experiences are. My coach has recommended that I not split up my 8oz of protein, but do as protocol states and eat it all at dinner. I really don't have a problem...
