If you aren't vitamin B deficient, then vitamin b injections/pills won't give you an energy boost unless there is something else they put in the pills/injections such as caffeine.

Why not go get B12 vitamins from your local drugstore then if you think you are low on vitamin b? A regular multi vitamin should have plenty of b vitamins in it.

I just got tested for B12 myself....
