yes :) i measure everything exact and drink my 32oz nalgene bottle twice through out the day. i even use a scale to measure out the protein. i think today i broke the plateau as i was stuck at 161...

Plateau while on IP
Hi everyone,
I started IP back in Feb 29 2012 and I've gone from 219lbs to 161lbs. For the past 2 weeks I've been stuck at 161lbs and I've been following the diet outline 100%.
