I think the rutabaga has more carbs, like twice the calories, and more sugars in it then the turnip...

I had them last week...peeled them, cut into thin fries (cook better)...added 2 tsp EVOO to fry pan, got it hot and threw the turnips in. Added sea salt, pepper, and mrs dash salt-free spicy herb...
