Today is the 1st day I didn't look at the scale...

Today is the 1st day I didn't look at the scale once... it was staring at me.. but i managed to ignore it.. lol :-)

I counted calories and exercised lightly 3 times a week a few years ago and it seems like the pounds feel off so fast... but then i had a baby.. gained it all back + more... this time in my first...
