Jane, regardless of your start weight you still lost over 100 pounds. Don't get too discouraged that is a huge accomplishment. Just keep going! :) Just think of where you will be in a year.

I only ran 30 minutes outside because it was colder than I thought and I didn't have my jacket. My cell said it was 58 degrees but felt more like 48.

The TOM bloat has begun. Off to study. ;)
