Unfortunately the personal trainer I wanted is on vacation until Monday so I'll have to go back then. I am a bit insecure, but I hope all these negative feelings will go...

I am about to go to the gym and get a membership. I will have a personal trainer as well, I need to loose 45 lbs. I really HOPE I will be able to do it this time and actually go to the gym :o Hope...
