I hate to sound like I am bragging but it's so...
I hate to sound like I am bragging but it's so darn exciting to see the numbers go down.
I have only ever been on a "diet" once before in my life I went from 110 to 160 over the course of 2 kids...

199 Today ! whoo hoooo!
Stepped on the scale just to see if the numbers were correct from yesterday..... and was shocked to see that I have dropped 6 lbs ! That's after 4 days of MF !
Can't wait to see how much is...
