This is an AWESOME recipe we do this on a regular basis. It really taste wonderful... you can mix and match flavors and thickness... and it is ASPARTAME FREE :)

Loved the Gum
The Center where we go sells the gum with Xylitol... Having it around saved me from many craving during the first few days... However, since then, I've not needed it except to freshen up my breath...
