First Weigh In!...stoked!
I had my first offical weigh in today with my doctor.
Lost 9lbs - very happy with that.
Lost 0.75 inches off the chest - ah shrinking man boobs!...sweet!
Lost 1.00 inch off of the belly (waist)...
