OK. So basically it is like week 1 of IP. I am strictly IP and don't use any substitutes. I will see what I can do. I NEED to get going with this. My Mom is doing IP also and goes in each week...

Hi, I have read on the boards about going on IP Bootcamp..... is this just restarting the first week over ? I am not losing as well as I should be and actually had a gain this week but also started...
