Well I am at 168.5 this morning. I need to keep up what I am doing lost 3 pounds last week, water intake was awesome- alright on the the calories...

Gained 9.5 pounds.... in less than a month, was at 162 on May 2 now I am at 171.5. Well it is true you can gain 10 pounds in a month with out trying hard.
