Problems in Phase I....help

  • So I've been in Phase I for about a week and 1/2 now, I have only lost 3 lbs. I have cheated a couple of times, but nothing too drastic.
    I still drink coffee (Using sugar free creamer and splenda) and some diet coke. I was wondering if that is effecting it.
    On salads I use O&V, or Ranch,

    I eat out a lot with my job, but I try to limit my menu to grilled chicken salads! Which is getting old......
    I snack on string cheese, cottage cheese, and cucumbers.....

    Does anyone have any insight or helpful hints??
  • You don't weigh very much so I think your loss is perfectly normal. Don't let the claims of huge losses in phase 1 get to you. I had much more to lose and I lost 4 lb in phase 1.
