Hunnybee, I've never looked at the Babybel cheeses, so I'm not sure of their content, but we are looking for cheese that has 6g of saturated fat or less per serving. If the Babybels have more, that would be why.
The laughing cow wedges that Dr. A. reccommends is the lite version which has only 2 g fat and 35 calories per wedge. The babybels have 6 g fat and 70 calories each.
I eat the Babybels. Cheese (even at 6g/serving) can be a diet buster though so if you end up in a stall for more than a couple weeks, try cutting down to see if that kicks starts you again.
I wouldn't be worried about the Babybels though...I've eaten them as my "snack" since last September when I started.
