Default Canadian Bacon. No not the movie
ok excuse my ignorance (this is especially bad because I am Canadian) but what is Canadian Bacon compared to just regular old bacon? Is Canadian Bacon peameal bacon? or is just like the regular bacon strips. Please help, i'm lost and confused.

It's peameal bacon. I think I have a picture of it before it's sliced. Yup.
I sometimes roast the whole piece but usually buy it sliced.
