As far as protien, fat or fibre? I know its not a fibre! But if I have cottage cheese in my salad does it count as a fat or a protien? I am guessing as a protien, but I am not sure.
Actually, its not a counting thing its a portion type thing. Dr. Agastaton said in his book that if you can't follow the diet menus just to make sure that you have a protien, fibre and fat for each meal and you will be on track. So if I am having cottage cheese on my salad does it count as the protien or do I still need my protien?
