Hi i have a caffeine question...i was wondering if caffeine free diet soda was ok for phase 1... i want to try to cut out the caffeine intake and up my water but sometimes i just need that bubbley taste in my mouth...yanno...lol...

Well, as long as it doesn't replace water. The water requirement does not include diet colas.

Tracy, quite a few of us here drink it as a treat. Try not to drink too much of it... it can make you hungry/crave sugar... but certainly some of us (moi!) couldn't get through a diet without it.
