Low Carb pasta ... good or bad???

  • I would appreciate some input, please? I have been on Phase 1 for 3 weeks and have lost 15 lbs. I am now embarking on Phase 2 and need your advise on low carb pasta. I purchased a local brand of low carb spaghetti; I will post the info on it. My question is this, is this acceptable for Phase 2?

    1 serving: 37 grams dry
    1g fat
    12 mg sodium
    14 grams carbs
    4 dietary fiber
    sugars 2 grams
    protein 16 grams

    ingredients: Defatted soy flour, durum wheat semolina and wheat gluten.

  • I don't see why you shouldn't have that once in a while. The carb count isn't bad... it's roughly the same as a regular slice of bread.
