I would appreciate some input, please? I have been on Phase 1 for 3 weeks and have lost 15 lbs. I am now embarking on Phase 2 and need your advise on low carb pasta. I purchased a local brand of low carb spaghetti; I will post the info on it. My question is this, is this acceptable for Phase 2?
