I'm thinking of starting this diet soon, it sounds pretty good. Do the cravings really go away after phaseI? I was thinking of doing this before Christmas to help with all the sweets and cookies I'll be around. If I can control the cravings better I thought this might be a good time to do it. Any insights? Thanks!
In a word YES! but you must not cheat even a tiny bit in Phase I.
