I am new here and I was wondering how often most of you weigh yourselves. I see the appeal of once a week--it gives your body time to adjust and you are not as aware of the ups and downs during the week. On the other hand, if you weigh more often, you are better able to see where you've gone wrong.
Any thoughts?

I weigh everyday, my husband threatens to hide the scale from me, I 'm so bad that I went on a business trip and took the scale with me now that crazy
