Unhappy My trouble area my thighs....

I'm new to SB, My ? is about losing weight in my thighs. Any specific exercises or hints, I do have a bad knee so some things are hard to do....I'm just very frustrated.

Try so walking. Start out very slow and see how that works, I also have a bad knee and it seems to have gotten better as the weight has come off. Good Luck.

Danze is right... I have the same problem... walking is the best thing for your knee. Keep it up!!
