I know I asked about cottage cheese, thats okay as long as it is low fat. If I opt have that for lunch instead how much can I have and what else can I have with it?? (I thought about mixing it w/ sweet and low and cinnamon) Sorry for all the questions I ordered the book and I have't received it yet. BTW I'm on Phase one
