Default Question about Precooked Chicken

Hi Ladies:
I had a question about the Tyson/Purdue Precooked Flavored Chicken peices Are they Ph1 legal? or indeed Legal at all. I have no time to cook lately and I need something grabbable other than cottage cheese. I can't really digest beans/things with a lot of roughage I had the Purdue fajita chicken which wasn't bad any input would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks
Kier

It's hard to say for sure since the website http://www.tyson.com/Recipes/Product...nProducts.aspx does not list ingredients but it does look like the Fajita Chicken Breast strips have no sugar which is better than their other flavored precooked chicken. They do have a half gram of saturated fat per serving which does not show up on their boneless skinless raw chicken so you might want to look at the ingredients.
