curry lettuce salad
grilled chicken with cumin,curry and garlic.
lettuce mix or other raw or cooked greens
pita chip 'croutons'
roasted chickpeas would be delish added in or replacing the meat.
throw in whatever else you like such as: mango, pineapple, or other things you have on hand.
i used a mix of spicy and honey mustards as dressing.
