Broccoli, Bacon, Cheese Salad
This is a recipe I love and would miss on the beach...but...I found a way to enjoy it !!! The amounts are approximate...you may like more or less of an ingredient...experiment !!!
1-1/2 cup Broccoli florets
2 pieces of Turkey Bacon crumbled
low fat shredded cheddar cheese (amt. to your liking)
2 Tbs. of chopped red onion
Mix together
Top with ingredients below stirred together:
2 Tbs. of light mayo (more if you are allowed)
1-2 packets of splenda
capful of vinegar
