Everyone has adorable babies!

Here are pictures of my two cats, Mokie and Oj. Mokie is 3 years old and Oj is 2. They have a typical teenage sister/annoying lil' brother relationship.

Two are of him last summer with my 4-year-old son, Kyle...so give a perspective on how big his head is! :fr: And then you'll see him at the groomers after having been shaved and then a few months later looking in the back porch window with his fur grown in about an inch with snow on his nose (it was his first time in the snow). He's at the groomers as we speak, getting shaved down to velour length again. I like him like that...much less maintenance!! :D

That dog there, has personality! LOL I LOVE the hairdo in the 2nd pic.

TOO freaking adorable!

This is my kitty her name is Layla, but we call her "Moe" for some reason it just stuck. This picture was taken in June she was about 8 weeks old.

That picture reminds me of this one...of my cousin's cat, Merlin, when he was a baby.

here's my "pudgy pet" hehe

Karma -

http://i51.photobucket.com/albums/f3...rmaOnCouch.jpg

not the best picture, as it was taken with a cheapie camera phone...
but it's prolly my favorite picture of her. *l*

and she's seriously pudgy...
the vet had to do liposuction on her, before he could operate to remove a stone from her bladder, over the summer. there was too much fat in the way. my whole family got a big laugh out of that, as most of us had never heard of pets getting Lipo. :dizzy:

she's gained it all back, though... :^: she's at least an 18-pounder.
i have another cat, named Kismet. she's a bit more petite (I think Karma bullies her away from the foodbowl when i'm not looking :p). *lol* but she's camera shy, so it'll be a while before i can post anything of her... she's the same coloring, but different build, and not from the same litter.

Everybody's babies are so cute...Techwife..yours takes the cake though...he is HILARIOUS!!! :lol3: So sweet!

Here are my little ones

Tisha___ 10-26-2006 03:07 PM

Is Fischer an ACD mix?

Sure looks like it!

famograham 10-26-2006 03:09 PM

He sure is! :) ACD/Mastiff/Rottie...from what we were told ;) It looks about right to me, based on both looks and behaviour.
He's wonderful...my big sucky baby, the 70 pound lap doggie!

Geo on the other hand is quite the enigma, and we even got to see both of her parents (frustrating story)

I don't quite see the Rottie from the pic, but I can see the Mastiff around his eyes... and he's definitely got a lot of ACD in him!

Here are a few more of my favorite pics of Jaz. And, 1 of our friend's dog, Martini.

famograham 10-26-2006 04:10 PM

I believe his momma was a PB ACD and his daddy was a rottie (or possibly Dobie x mastiff.)

He's got the sideways-ish kind of run of an ACD, the suckiness of a mastiff, and definitely like to "herd" the kids...if they're not together, he'll run from one to the other, it looks like he's counting them, or keeping track somehow.

I do loves my babies! :)

Aren't ACDs fun?? I just love all of Jaz's little quirks. Does he like Frisbee? Jaz is getting pretty good at it.

Does he sit with one leg cocked out to the side? That seems to be a common ACD trait.

Jaz also like to "herd" those big plastic balls you can get at Wal-Mart. They're her yearly treat. lol She usually gets one or two per year, and they're usually busted in about 5 minutes. But man, does she love it. We've been meaning to get her one of those big horse balls (wait, that sounds gross... you know what I mean though! LOL) but just haven't gotten around to it. Maybe for x-mas this year. :D

Ok, here are some pics of Jaz playing with her favorite rubber ball. And also one of her resting during a purple ball herding workout. :D

Very pretty!

watch_it_break 11-16-2006 12:07 PM

shelliebellie: your smokey looks just like my friend's cat, who is ALSO Smokey. *lol* we call her fang, though, because she's got one tooth that hangs down like a fang, even when she has her mouth closed... used to have two, but one broke off.

Bobbolink 12-13-2006 08:52 AM

Hi Girls...........how do you put your pet pictures up? Can you just do a copy and paste?

Bobbolink 12-14-2006 06:10 PM

Charlie

This is Charlie, our English Setter. He's 2 years old and very big for a setter, they normally don't get as tall and long. He has a very gentle nature and loves everyone. DH takes him Pheasant hunting all the time and he loves it.
Aren't pets wonderful!

and Tuckie
http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e2...ew/Dogs016.jpg
They are my great danes.
Somewhere in my mind I thought that having a couple of huge dogs to walk would make me look less fat.:dizzy: Pathetic huh!?! but I love them to death.

Bobbolink 12-16-2006 06:51 PM

Great Danes

You're two Great Danes are beautiful, what are their names. I feel like a cousin to your dogs, I'm a full blooded Dane myself. I have a zillion relatives in Denmark. I love the markings on the second picture you posted, how much do they weigh. Do they eat you out of house and home? I tried posting a pic of my dog on the thread just above this one but it didn't work.
I'm going to try again, my English Setter is black and white too! He's big for a setter, very tall and long. He has the best nose in our county and a fantastic bird dog.

Bobbi

jennifer796 12-16-2006 10:41 PM

Thank you, I think they are pretty too.
My female is Maggie she is a Merlequin great dane.
the bottom picture was my male Harliquin great dane Tucker.
Maggie is 2 and weighs around 120 pounds. She is supermodel skinny.
Tucker is 13months old and weighs 135 pounds. They are still growing.
http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e2...w/Kitty001.jpg
almost forgot about the cat. His name is Baby. He hates the dogs.

Bobbolink 12-17-2006 01:07 PM

Jennifer..........cute picture, I laughed when I saw the expression on "Baby's" face. I can see she doesn't like them! My cat hated our female English Setter and hissed and swiped at her every chance she got. We don't have the dog anymore, she had to be put down because she bit people. We got a new English Setter puppy and the cat liked him right away. Go Figure!

Techwife...my neighbor has a dog that looks just like yours! He's sooo big but such a sweetie.

Here's our fat little Ernie dog. He weighs about 18 lbs. and should be 13-15, and is 11 years old. He's 1/2 chihuahua and 1/2 mn. schnauzer...what a combo. I am so wanting another dog too!
