Need Advice!!

  • What is good exercise while being pregnant? I want to lose weight safely while being pregnant because i think that i weight to much. any advice?
  • Um, you don't want to set out to try & lose weight while pregnant. Very unhealthy for both you & baby. Exercise is a good idea, of course. Walk, if you can, or do yoga. There are plenty of resources for prenatal yoga--videos, books, etc. I bought The Prenatal Yoga Deck at Barnes & Noble, and I use it sometimes even postpartum. Anything gentle is good, but if you're exercising now, you can probably continue your current program.
  • And definitely talk to your doctor before you try anything new. If you're really worried about your weight, maybe your doctor can recommend a nutritionist who can help you make healthy food choices.
