What is good exercise while being pregnant? I want to lose weight safely while being pregnant because i think that i weight to much. any advice?
Um, you don't want to set out to try & lose weight while pregnant. Very unhealthy for both you & baby. Exercise is a good idea, of course. Walk, if you can, or do yoga. There are plenty of resources for prenatal yoga--videos, books, etc. I bought The Prenatal Yoga Deck at Barnes & Noble, and I use it sometimes even postpartum. Anything gentle is good, but if you're exercising now, you can probably continue your current program.
And definitely talk to your doctor before you try anything new. If you're really worried about your weight, maybe your doctor can recommend a nutritionist who can help you make healthy food choices.
