Default Achey, cold, etc.
Hi Everyone,

I am achey, cold (shivering) and feel uck. Any suggestions to get me back on track quickly?

Sorry to hear you are feeling crummy. I usually just have to try and take care of me during that time and then ease back into exercise.

My fever broke a lil after 5 today..woke up drenched in sweat but I felt sooo much better.
