I didn't have any morning sickness. I had some dizziness, but those spells came and went and I could sit and close my eyes for awhile to clear them. With my daughter, I was constantly sick. But even still, you should get some kind of breaks between sickness that you can squeeze in just small amounts of exercise. Face it, you're not going to get back to what you were doing, whether the sickness passes or not.
Anyway, because I didn't suffer sickness, I was able to keep on exercising. I just noticed it slowly slowing down. I did between 60 to 90 minutes a day of hard exercise (usually running for 30 minutes or more, then perhaps 30 minutes of aerobics, then stretching and body ball exercises). After perhaps the 2nd month, 45 minutes to an hour would exhaust me. Now, I do 30 minutes, and that's more than enough for me.

Do smaller amounts, even 15 minutes here and there when you're not experiencing queeziness. That will keep you in the exercise mode so you won't actually lose the motivation.
I was worried that I'd lose the motivation too, since I couldn't do more than 30 minutes after the first 4 months or so. So I joined Curves to motivate me to go exercise rather than putting off doing a video at home. I can handle the 30 minutes and it keeps me in exercise mode. I find that when I go for walks I'm even half-tempted to try and run again, whereas my enthusiasm was wanning before. But I know that I might run about 15 feet and need to hit a bathroom, so I stick with fast walking.
