I just had my 3rd baby on 1/26/18. I gained 46 lbs due to being put on bed rest at 25 weeks. I am so fat right now I'm embarrassed to go to the gym (sad, I know that's what it is for) but I go to the gym anyway. I'm eating a better diet, breastfeeding, and intermittent fasting. I just want to see the scale move. Anyone had similar difficulties? Any recommendations on other things I can try to take the lbs off?
