Had the baby!

    I just want to stop in and say hi I had the baby 9 days ago. He was 9 lb 6 oz!! We are both home and doing well.

    This time around has been easier than I than I thought it would be.

    I started calorie counting a week after he was born rather than when I got home, partly because I didn't feel well. I am BFing as well.

    I was 232 lbs right before going into have the baby.

    Today I was 215 lbs!


    Now its time to lose the pregnancy weight!

    Congratulations!! You must be very happy, but no doubt tired. Good luck with your weight loss and in getting some sleep over the next little while!
