I don't belong in this forum (no longer pregnant) but the title caught my eye!
I have a 3 year old and a 17 month old. I began working out at the gym last spring when my daughter was just two months old. My husband was deployed and I'm a SAHM, so the gym felt like the only "me" time in the day. Unfortunately the gym in our last city didn't offer a childcare option (I would have loved that) so my mom was generous enough to watch them a few times a week. Now I'm a member of a gym that does offer childcare and we take full advantage. The kids love it.
There's no way that I am motivated enough to exercise during naptime (which my 3 year old no longer participates in) because at that point I just want to catch up on cleaning, or fall into the couch and take a break!
