Default new and nursing!

Hi, I'm new to the forum and am currently breastfeeding my 5 week old baby boy. I'm honestly surprised at the lack of appitite I've had since giving birth, but my weigtht loss has come to a stand still. Any tips to kick it back up again? I eat about 1800-2200 cal. A day and I have been walking.

Congratulations on your new baby!

As far as your weight loss, I'd just keep doing what you are doing. Sounds like you're doing great. Give it some time and it should start coming off again. You are only 5-weeks post delivery and your body needs time to heal. Make sure you get as much rest as you can and drink lots of water.
