Not much advice, but for me, I only got successfully pregnant when I tracked my ovulation. None of the other times mattered one bit. I used clearbue easy, with the smiley face indicator. I only got a smiley face "peak" for 1 day (but you could see even on the strip itself the next day that even though there was no smiley face, there was still a slight elevation of hormone. Just doing it randomly did not help at all--a waste of time, if you want to look at it like that

LOL. It took a full year, and only on the 3rd month of trying to hit a "smiley face" day did I finally get pregnant, but over a year after trying.
It's amazing how many things come up EXACTLY when you're TTC. All of a sudden, we'd have company, or we'd be so tired, or DH would have a stomachache or not in the mood. It was incredibly frustrating at times, because we technically only tried "well" 3 times out of 13 months.
I lost 7 pounds in 4 months (a lot for me), and I got pregnant at my lowest weight. Granted, I am only 3 weeks in, though!
As long as you're ovulating and have regular periods, I would say that you're in good shape.
