Woo hoo... firmly in the 230's, 4 pounds this week... I think I was holding lots of water last Monday, because by Tuesday I was 238 instead of 240... so I guess it's probably a 2 pound loss for this week.. which is awesome!

Just checking in. I've been gone for almost 2 weeks as I went out west with my Mom to visit family - it was a last minute thing. But I'm now really getting geared up to make a solid committment. A real life friend & I are going to do daily check-ins to keep each other in line.

I'm also in the big chested boat. No way I could nurse handsfree - especially in the first few months. Now I can have one hand free but the idea of moving around doing something else at the same time is absolutely laughable. Eh, nothing is so important it can't wait half an hour.

Good to know.

YES. I have foods like that, too. You know those 100 calorie packs of chocolate chip cookies? I can eat a box at a time:( They're so SMALL!

Not having it in the house is a great step toward ending self sabotage.

Hey girls, just checking in. I was horribly ravenous last week, I tried hard to control myself but I really had no control.. now I know why! TOM has returned with a vengence. I am thankful that it took so long to come back.. I have always gotten it back right away even when nursing. Cameron is 3 1/2 months old, and other than some on and off spotting I haven't had anything, it's been nice! I lost a pound this week, so maybe it wasn't a total failure on the eating department.

Alright, I did it. I got on the scale, I had a freak out, I'm done freaking out. I have a ticker, I'm back on the road to weight loss.
