Default Which diet while BF?

Hi.
I'm just curious which diet you are doing while breast feeding. I have tried to just cut back on portions, etc, but I need the structure of an actual diet. I know WW has a breast feeding program, but I was wondering if there are any others I may not be aware of. Thanks so much.

I'm a calorie counter. They say you shouldn't go below 1800 a day when you are breastfeeding, but I have gone lower (about 1600) and been fine. I have always had an abundant supply, if I didn't I wouldn't have gone that low. Now I bounce between 1600 and 2000 a day. I'm not real strict, I don't deny myself anything... if I want it, I eat it, but I have to hold myself accountable for those calories too. I log everything on fitday, or in a paper journal.

I also count calories. I started out at 2000, then went to 1800, and now am eating 1600.

Thank you. I decided to try a meal delivery service. Bistro MD. I have to add in an extra meal to get the extra calories to help sustain milk though. Thank you for responding.
