Red face metabolic research for nursing moms???
Are any nursing moms trying this diet? Can you please give me some info on it? Like what supplements you can and cannot take? How the meals are?

I personally would not take ANY supplements from a diet center while nursing a baby. I have heard wonderful things however, about the Weight Watchers program for nursing mothers. No supplements, etc. at all!
