This is my first. It's taken us a LONG time to get pregnant (6 years) but fortunately that doesn't seem to be affecting the ease of the pregnancy itself. I am 13weeks now!!! The nausea definitely seems to have eased & I think (fingers crossed) that my energy is improving.
I have been to a few yoga classes. They are SO hard! They're 1.5 hours long & I cannot get over how much I sweat - lol! But I definitely think it will help with labour & I think it will actually help with how my body finishes off looking at the end of the pregnancy - hahaha. |
Hello! I haven't posted on 3FC in a long time. The community helped me lose 25 lbs after the birth of my first, and now I'm just popping in to say hi.
I had NSTs with my first baby-- she was small and didn't cooperate when they tried to see if she was practicing her breathing (when they took the monitor off, she got the hiccups, though), so every 3 weeks I went in for NSTs. I was on bedrest with her and gained 37 lbs. Lost 33 before I got pregnant with #2. This pregnancy has been SOOO much easier-- I felt nauseated and exhausted the first trimester (wanted to puke every time I had to change one of DD's poopy diapers), but the 2nd trimester has been a blast. DH and I have been hiking and I've been able to keep up with DD. I know what you mean about shortness of breath going up the stairs, though. Every time I carry DD up the stairs, I have to spend a couple of minutes catching my breath! |
