I think it's probably because of the TTC - I'm on my 2nd round of Clomid and so far, nothing. How do you deal with losing weight and TTC? I feel like I can only concentrate on one or the other and lately it's been the TTC. AF came a few days ago and I totally binged all week - over 2000 calories every day. I just don't know how to deal with it. Food is definately a comfort for me, and I've needed more comfort lately. I really want to get into a healthy weight range - around 130 would be great, as that is right around 23-24 BMI which is considered the best level for conception. How do you deal with this? What can I do to not completely freak out when I'm stressed over TTC? Oh, and it doesn't help that I've been dx w/ PCOS and probably IR.
