Chicken Pasta Salad - 4 points

Recipe By : Carrie - stolen from Mike's Mom
Serving Size : 7 Preparation Time :0:00

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
12 ounces rotini pasta veggie trio
1 can chicken meat, small can Swanson
4 teaspoons Parmesan Cheese, Parm Plus garlic herb
2 tablespoons miracle Whip® fat-free
1 cup carrots, baby
1 cup broccoli florets
1 tablespoon garlic salt

Cook rotini according to package directions
Add chopped carrots and broccoli florets about 2 1/2 minutes before pasta is done
Drain pasta and vegetables
Stir in garlic salt and any other seasonings you might like
Add parmesan cheese and chicken, stir in Miracle Whip when mixture has cooled some.

Makes about 7 cups

NOTES : Great hot OR cold! I think it tastes a lot like chicken helper; nice and creamy.
