Hi!

I am sorta new to 3FC. I posted here actively back in '04, and then fell off the wagon. I am back on now and doing well, except between '04 and now I was also diagnosed with PCOS. Wow, what a wakeup call!

It's so nice to be around people with similar problems, interests and goals. I look forward to sharing and cheering for you ladies!

My first memo!!! I got signed up for this site just now, and was glad to hear about your good progress. I my self have been up and down the weight ladder so much, I dont know what end is up!!! I do not have the medical issues you face, but do fight bouts of depression at times and that is when my weight takes a large step forward. I have started doing the Turbo Jam workout, so far i really like it, I know it will take time, gosh, this weight did not come back on over night!!! It is great to have a place to visit with others.
