Hi Lisa, I think I replied to your post in Support, but I'll do it again here.
I gained weight on WW, and shortly after got my diagnosis for PCOS and IR. If you are insulin resistant, you may have to watch your carb intake, or at least the types of carbs you eat. You can incorporate this into WW fairly easily. IF you are not insulin resistant, there should be no tweaking necessary. WW is a great program and MANY people have lost weight sucessfully with it, including my mother who is a lifetime member. Congratulations on the 50 pounds!
