Hello all. Brand new here (I'm sure that one is obvious). I've just been diagonsed w/PCOS, which was no surprise. I've been having symptoms since I was 15 yrs old. I've had a few doctors mention it, but said becuase I wasn't overweight I couldn't possiblly have it (they ran no test, and I was young and niave). Anyway, I started gaining weight, and not the good kind, even though I work out all the time and watch what I eat. I went to my doctor because I was finally fed up w/everything. And I was finally diagnosed. Though, as I said before, not a big surprise, it was a relief to know that there was a reason behind all my problems. Anyway, after reading all of the posts on this forum, I've realized what actions I need to take to get my weight, and my life back under control. Thanks.
