PCOS yeast/ thrush connection?
ive been notice for the past 3 years or so ive been getting like cottage cheese like discharge from down there. and then every now and then i'll get a white patch on inside of my lip and it usually goes away with yoghurt. i don't have any STD's so it's not that.
ive been doing research and it says candida can be caused by high blood sugar and hormonal imbalance.
since pcos is a double whammy because it causing insulin resistance plus hormones acting crazy, do you think this could be another symptom of pcos? have anyone of you ever suffered from candida overgrowth?
