Default Anyone use EstroSmart or Glucosmart?

I was wondering if anyone here uses/had used either of these two supplements and how effective they felt they were.

Also, I would be interested in hearing what people are doing to control PCOS related acne.

Thanks!

No, I don't use those supplements.

If I get acne (and when I'm BCP, didn't get it), I've been using Neutrogena blemish creme which is just benzyol peroxide and washing my face with whatever face scrub du jour I'm trying out then.

Acne is a sign of testosterone going haywire in your body, so I try to eat healthy to balance out the hormone situation so I can avoid the fluctuations of hormones that can cause acne.

I was using both those supplements for 2 mon until last month. I am still using the glucosmart but stopped taking the Estrosmart and switched to just taking vitex to try to safe some money. If I could afford it I would take the Estrosmart plus with Vitex with the glucosmart again.

Ok so the results are that my blood sugars are always in the normal range even when I do indulge in a sugary thing.
My mood is greatly improved and more balanced.
My period is now regular with barely any cramping (maybe a bit the first day) way lighter but slightly longer about 5-7 days (I used to have crazy painful crampy periods that were really really heavy but only lasted about 3 days)
Less sugar cravings
Losing weight

For the last 5 mons I have been eating pretty clean and healthy whole foods. Do not use any artificial sweeteners. I eat 1-2 cups of Cruciferous veggies a day and eat about 1800-2000 cals a day. I am losing weight slowly but steadily (about 1.5 lbs a week) I have yet to develop a consistent exercise program but do try to be active.

I am very happy with the supplements.

I do not have acne so have no tips on controlling it.
